To use My Leaf a NissanConnect subscription and account from Nissan is required!
Support for North American vehicles has sadly been DISCONTINUED! (blame and complains should fall to Nissan of North America)
REMEMBER to first complete the initial sign up process of your NissanConnect account and vehicle with the official NissanConnect app from Nissan before trying My Leaf!
Remember that My Leaf is directly affected by Nissan's sometimes unreliable services! If the services/official app are down/unreliable so is My Leaf!

Top notch! The Nissan Connect app is quite terrible. I bought a 2020 Leaf SV. It was clear right away, the app sucks!!!... You cant depend on the climate controls working and getting an accurate update on charging info is almost impossible. My Leaf is lightyears ahead of the connect app. It loads up quick, no ads, easy to use, no lag and it updates the cars information in 1/8 of the time vs Nissan's app. Thank you, T! You are amazing indeed!

App looks like it will do everything I need it to. Managed to register with nissanconnect and sign in to myleaf but currently showing battery at 0% and am not able to set charging schedule. Not sue if this is a problem with nissan or is there a step I'm missing to link the app with my car?

Most likely your issues are caused by Nissan's subpar NissanConnect services! There's not much I can do about that sadly!
Just a tip; it's best to avoid using My Leaf and the official app simultaneously together. Remove either to avoid issues.

It doesn't look that the app communicates to the car. Trying to make remote climate control work with no luck. Any advice what can be wrong or can be done?

Hello Katja,
My Leaf uses Nissan's NissanConnect services and these services are sadly often not very reliable. There's not much I can do sadly! The official app uses the same services. Does it work with the official app?
