Kompas is the digital work platform for social educational residential facilities - built for employees and managers who work with shift planning, journaling and daily documentation regarding residents.

Kompas is provided by your employer as part of your shared IT setup.

What can you use Kompas for?

Shift plan
See your shift plan, upcoming shifts and available shifts. Swap shifts with colleagues according to your workplace rules, and keep track of your working hours.

Stamping
Seal in and out of your shift directly in the app. Your location is used to confirm that the stamping takes place at the workplace, so that the registration is reliable for both you and your employer.

Journaling
Document observations, notes, goals and efforts for the citizens you are associated with, in accordance with the requirements of the Service Act. Attach photos or documents to the journal.

Absence and vacation
View and manage your absence and vacation, and keep track of your balance.

Messages
Stay up to date with posts and messages from your department and workplace.

Well-being
Record briefly how you are feeling and answer well-being surveys from your workplace.

Security and data management
Kompas processes personal data and medical records on behalf of your employer, who is the data controller. Data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act, and medical records are stored for as long as the law requires. You can lock the app with biometrics or a code.
