Ratings and reviews

Lost my ride photos as when in try to download or send the photos anywhere the loading wheel just spins in the centre of the screen and nothing happens. There's no way I can see to get these photos off the app and no link to a web page as a backup to try and retrieve the photos which should be the bare minimum. It seems like a lot of effort has been put in to making the app look pretty without considering the actual functionality

I believe the application is really really bad. It's a struggle to sign up for Friday concert's. They ask to log in when you are already logged in. In order to find where to reserve the concert, there are no real interface (you just cannot find where to do it). The Facebook log in doesn't work in IOS. After more than 20 min I still haven't really find a way to do it. Being 23 years old and born with technology, this kind of interface are really frustrating.

Slow, buggy, and we lost all our photos 😔. The app doesn't respond, doesn't work as intended, is asking for data, and we lost all our photos after the app logged me out automatically 👎🏼.

What’s new

We’ve fine-tuned things behind the scenes so the app now works even more seamlessly with Tivoli’s other systems. It’s a subtle improvement for now – with the full performance coming in 2026.
