It is incredible how useless an app could be. Congratulations Tivoli, your app does not synchronise with any Ride Pass, neither the manual code or the scanning. So no pictures can be taken from the app. Please fix your mess. And please don't come with "Thank you for you review" cause the error is recurrent and you are not doing anything to fix it. So save your time answering me and go work in a solution. 👌🏽

This app should be renamed to "An unexpected error occurred", as this error message constantly pops up. You can't assign a card to another individual, as it gives an error message, and the staff members at the entrance complain that the card isn't registered. Please fix this, as it makes it a very unpleasant experience, when my family is berated by staff about this each time.

it is convinient for navigation inside the park, however I did not succeed to pay for the tickets, it through some error always... IMO there is another outside approval layer for processing the payment by the credit company Mastercard, and it should send some sms or mail... In the case I am trying to pay within the app, it just throght error. In case I go through the same process in the browser, I succeed, because browser redirects to credit company page to approve the transaction.
