Camps, the MK principles and the entire approach to cooking, weight loss and training are based on Michelle Kristensen's more than 15 years of experience with healthy lifestyle and weight loss. She is passionate about cooking, and in her backpack she has a bachelor's degree in sports and supplementary subjects from the master's program in human nutrition. More than 72,000 have attended one of her online camps and she has coached around 3500 women at her physical MK bootcamps. She has been a regular health expert on Go' Morgen Danmark for more than seven years and has written more than a total of 20 books and e-books.
Michelle Kristensen is particularly well-known for the figure Store Sonja, which is shaped by the many women she has had at her camps over the years, as well as by her own history of weight loss, exercise and cooking. In August, the second book will be published about Store Sonja, who takes up the fight against boyfriend kilos and singlesul. I wonder if most women can mirror themselves a little bit in her.
