About this app

The Movea app is for those who are doing the moving. The day's tasks, the route, the time, the equipment and the damages – on the phone they already have with them.

The app requires a user account with a moving company that uses Movea. The account is created by the company.

HOME
• The day's tasks in order, with time and address
• Calendar with day, week and month
• Notification when you get a new task or the route changes

THE TASK
• The customer, the cars and who is with you
• The route with stops on a map
• The equipment that needs to be taken as a checklist
• Start, pause and end the task from your phone

TIME AND DAMAGES
• Start and stop the time with one tap – the clock is kept on the server, so the time is the same in the app and in the office
• Forgot to start? Enter the time afterwards
• The hours end on the invoice without having to be re-entered
• Report an injury with severity, note and pictures before the car drives

CHAT AND ABSENCE
• One chat thread per task between the team and the office
• Holiday balance with earned, planned and taken days
• Request holiday, even half days, and call in sick immediately
