About this app

Children, adolescents and adults on the autism spectrum, or with ADHD and other similar disabilities often thrive on predictability and structure. Many have problems with executive functions (planning, working memory, attention, problem solving etc.) and therefore need to be thoroughly prepared for upcoming tasks or activities as it can quickly become very confusing and overwhelming.

The "10 W&H’s” app can help to create predictability, provide an overview and create meaning. The motivation increases and the stress decreases.

The 10 W&H’s constitute the following questions:

What to do? (Content)
Why am I doing this? (Purpose)
How do I do it? (Method)
Where do I do it? (Location)
When do I do it? (Start Time)
How long do I do it? (Time frame)
Who am I doing it with? (Person)
How much should I do? (Quantity)
Who can I get help from? (Person)
What do I do afterwards? (Content)

By getting answers to these 10 questions, the user will be prepared for upcoming tasks or activities, and requirements and expectations will be very clear.

The app can be used for children, adolescents and adults. Both at school, at work, at home. It can be filled out by the user or by the support people who are around the person.

It is simple, easy and quick to operate.
