PHM Digital is the official mobile app for owners, cooperative members, tenants and board members, in properties managed by PHM Group partner companies in Denmark. The app gives you secure access to all relevant information and tasks related to your home and the property.

Whether you live in a rental property, cooperative housing or owner-occupied housing, PHM Digital keeps you connected and informed.
Primary features:
Property information - Access documents and information shared by your property manager or board.
Receive updates - Stay up to date on news, announcements and important messages regarding your home and the property.
Manage your tasks - Manage tasks relevant to your role as either a resident or board member.
Send requests - Send service or maintenance tasks to your property manager, if this feature is available for your property.
Secure login - Your access is verified via the information registered with your property manager.

Different users, one app
PHM Digital supports three user types:
Residents/owners in cooperatives and owner associations.
Board members in cooperatives and owner associations.
Tenants in rental properties.
Each user gets access to the functions and information that are relevant to their specific role and permissions.

Built for Denmark
This version of PHM Digital is adapted to Danish properties and PHM partner companies. New functions and improvements are added continuously.
