Yet another release and STILL NO FIX for the harmony hub connection which 2 months on you are STILL illegally advertising it as compatible with. Also the widget STILL disappears from screen when applying it. Very very poor service. Oh yes I had already contacted your customer support and all they did was tell me to contact Logitech customer support who were far more helpful than you lot, they looked into the matter but have said they have no compatibility with danalock from their side. Wish now I hadn't bothered with this lock and your false illegal advertising 😠😠🤡🤡🤡
Compleately useless as it only works 20% of the time... Threw the lock out as I'm tired of standing outside the door not being able to unlock it
Works good and its reliable. But since we have a snap lock, we dont need the lock "Button"/animation. We only use the one button on the app. So it would be nice to have in big button :) There was a big issue with the widgets, when i drag it on the home screen it doesnt appear, meaning i cant get easy acsess to it. I tried reinstalling the app, open and close and restarting the phone but still no luck :/ hope you can fix it, because i want to keep this lock
Works on two devices, albeit an ugly app, but the third a galaxy s4 I cannot, no matter how hard I try, get the thing to show the permanent keys I've assigned to that user... The app on the s4 is also completely different to the one on my OP3 / A5. A lack of support contact makes it very difficult
