IBG stands for Interactive Citizen Guide, a platform used in over 40 municipalities by residences, activity offers, day care, special schools, etc., to structure everyday life for the individual citizen and create communities in a digital universe.
The IBG app provides personal access to content for individual or multiple offers for both citizens, employees and relatives. It enables you to have relevant information and the day structure tool with you on the go. It helps citizens to keep track of their appointments, gives employees an overview of the day's tasks across departments and services, and ensures that relatives have easy and accessible access to relevant information.
The IBG app provides access to the following tools, which may vary depending on which offer you are associated with:
**Support and Structure**
- *Meal plan*: See today's menu. Citizens and employees can register and unregister.
- *Activities*: See upcoming activities. Citizens and employees can register and unregister.
- *Service plan*: See which employees are at work.
- *My day*: Get an overview of upcoming appointments and manage tasks.
- *Video calls*: Secure video call options between citizens and employees.
**Safe Digital Communities**
- *Groups*: Let communities unfold digitally in safe surroundings.
- *Caregiver groups*: Citizens and relatives can communicate securely together.
- *Gallery*: View pictures and videos in galleries, e.g. from joint activities and trips.
**Relevant information**
- *News*: Read news from your offer, e.g. practical information and invitations.
- *Booking*: Book the offer's resources, e.g. laundry times or game consoles.
- *My Archive/Documents*: View images, videos and documents that are relevant to you.
- *Profiles*: Find information about citizens and employees who are part of the community.
You have the option of using IBG if you are connected to a citizen-oriented offer that uses IBG. It can, for example, be as a resident of a housing offer, as a citizen associated with an activity or employment offer, as an employee or as a relative of a citizen who uses IBG. To use the IBG app as a relative, you must be invited by the citizen's offer and have created a profile before you can log in.
The interactive citizens' guide is used in 40+ municipalities in Denmark, Norway and Germany within the social, disability and care area.
