Relational Measurement APP
An APP that supports the work with citizens by monitoring the quality of every individual meeting. It is an easy and accessible way to ensure a positive outcome for the citizen. The social worker can use any device to open the APP. The citizen scans a QR code, to give the answer, and is not required to download the app. By asking three crucial questions after each encounter, we will get the information needed, to ensure that our effort makes sense, and is helpful.
From the data it is possible to monitor the development for each citizen, and adjust the intervention based on feedback from the citizen.
