About this app

Ringback is a Danish AI receptionist and AI answering machine for webshops, advisors, course providers, craftsmen and other small businesses. When you can't reach the phone, the receptionist takes the call in Danish and switches to English if the customer speaks English.

FOLLOW UP ON CALLS
Get a short summary and the conversation in writing right after each call, and call back with a tap. Mark the inquiry as done when you have followed up.

MESSAGES AND BOOKING REQUESTS
The receptionist takes messages and notes the customer's booking requests, which you confirm yourself. With Google Calendar, it can suggest available times.

FORWARDING AND TRANSFERRING
Forward unanswered calls from your mobile to your Ringback number with a short code. Choose when calls are transferred to you or a colleague.

TWO WEEKS FREE
The trial period starts when your line makes its first call, but no later than fourteen days after you get your number. It lasts two weeks or up to 100 minutes, whichever comes first. No credit card and no commitment. After that, Ringback is a paid subscription. Requires a Ringback account, which you can create in the app. Screenshots show fictional data.
