Standbook is for those of you who buy and sell used trading cards at a stand or at card fairs. Each transaction becomes a voucher immediately, so you don't have to calculate used VAT and keep track of voucher numbers afterwards.

Purchase: When you buy a card from a private seller, you fill out a settlement voucher on your phone. The seller signs with their finger, and the card ends up in your inventory. Identification is noted as the document type and the last four characters. Standbook does not ask for CPR.

Sale: Select the card from the inventory, and Standbook creates a sales voucher and calculates the margin VAT (used VAT according to sections 69-71 of the Danish VAT Act) in the background. The VAT amount is not on the customer's voucher.

Exchange: An exchange with another stand gives both vouchers in the same action.

Inventory: Each card with cost price, list price and profit, divided into One Piece, Pokémon, Lorcana and Riftbound. Import and export as CSV.

Scan: Enter the card code or scan it with the camera and find the card in a catalog with over 26,000 cards.

Prices: If you choose a card from the catalog, Standbook suggests a purchase price based on Cardmarket's 30-day average, converted to kroner with a dated ECB exchange rate and multiplied by your own percentage. You can always correct the number.

Trade fair: Start the day with change, watch turnover, purchases and expected cash in the till grow, and end with a cash statement. If the network drops out, the vouchers are queued and sent when the connection is restored. Voucher numbers are assigned on the server so they are never skipped or duplicated.

QR shop: Customers at the table scan your QR sign, see your cards on their own phone and reserve without registering.

Vouchers: All settlement and sales vouchers collected in one place, with export to Dinero, Billy and e-conomic and a zip for the accountant.

Standbook requires a Standbook account. The account can be deleted under Account in the app.
