About this app

Give Aalborg Municipality a tip about damage and deficiencies on roads, paths, sidewalks, parks and green areas, or if you have problems with pigeons, gulls and other harmful game.
You create a tip by first pressing "Create tip" on the home screen.
You must then move the cursor to the correct position if it is not completely correct. Once you have done this, you approve the location.
Then select "The problem", so that Aalborg Municipality is informed about who should have tipped
Before submitting, you can enter your contact information, such as name, email and phone number
You have the opportunity to follow the status of your tips. Select "My tips" in the menu, from where you can see your reported tips, status and any comments from Aalborg Municipality


Terms of use:
When you use Tip Aalborg, you are responsible for ensuring that copyright law, libel law and other applicable law are complied with when submitting your tips, among other things in connection with attached photo documentation.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the use of the app from your mobile device is in accordance with good practice for the use of SMS / MMS and is neither offensive nor degrading.
You further accept that your tips are shared with Aalborg Municipality.
If you choose to provide personal information and send it with your tip, you accept that this data is stored at Soft Design A / S.
In addition, the personal information entered is not shared with third parties, third countries or international organizations.
The information is used solely to direct inquiries to you, in case of questions about the reported conditions, as well as any service information to you about the inquiry and its course.
The entered contact information can be deleted by the user of the app at any time, while reported tips can continue its course with the previously entered information.
