I got a new phone downloaded. The game went to sign in was no longer a member of my family. It kept asking me to save my progress. Even though I hadn't played it was back at level. 0 road to the road to the road to them. Nothing then they told me I had to log in through my account. There's nothing in there that says log in there's nothing in there, that's an account. I've been waiting 2 days for effects.I'm about to delete everything

Update this morning, now right in the middle of the game it says that an error occurred and needs to restart. Very frustrating. I love this game ! Hope you can fix it soon. Changed my 5 star rating to a 1 till it get fixed. UODATE MY REVIEW : Logged o to play and it said I needed to update so I did. Then when it went back to play it started me over to level one. Very frustrating agian !! I wish I didn't love this game so much because I would just delete it. Hopefully I can get back to my level!

I just downloaded the update, and now the game keeps crashing on the loading screen. Other than that, it's a great game, but please help me fix this. Edit: I un-installed and reinstalled the game, and it works now, but I lost all my progress. I was on day 64 and had in app purchases, so this is really upsetting. Edit 2: I fixed it.
