Reportalo is a citizen app for quickly and easily reporting urban issues in the National District, Santo Domingo.

See a dangerous pothole? A street without lighting? Garbage piling up? With Reportalo, you can document it in seconds and track the status of your report.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose the problem category — Potholes, Garbage, Flooding, Street Lighting, Illegal Parking, Water and Pipes, Tree Trimming, Sidewalks, or Public Space.

2. Locate the problem — The app automatically detects your location, or you can manually adjust the pin on the map.

3. Document with photos — Attach up to 5 images of the problem to provide clear context.

4. Submit your report — Your report is registered with all the evidence and location.

5. Track the status — Monitor the progress: Reported → Assigned → In Process → Resolved.
