1. "adb shell pm grant dogfooderz.com.morelocales android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION"
2. Input language you want to change
3. Select language from list
4. Then, you can set locale.

Change to french works (apps are translated) but when i restart Android it returns to English because french langage pack does not exists in the system (FlymeOS 8.9 beta Chinese)
