I haven't been able to use the app. It keeps crashing. I've emailed several times and nothing very disappointing

Terrible app to use. Slow and constantly crashes.

Brutal..I have been trying to create an account but can't get past the setup screen. It says to enter a password with 8 to 32 characters with at least 1 special character. Well..I have been trying to do that a no matter what password I put in, that does indeed meet that criteria, it says it doesn't. Fix your app! Update...it doesn't like the special character "?"... wow. Still 1 star for that.
