Horrible. Been using this app for 5 years and just gets worse. Used to be just slow, with intermittent image loads etc and I thought that was bad.. but.. it won't even open on a Pixel 8 Pro. Cleared cache, storage, reinstalled... does anyone even test these apps? I'm sure the orthodontists pay a fortune to use this platform. Can't believe I have to use a 5 year old phone to be able to even attempt to use my Dolphin account. #fail

Brutal..I have been trying to create an account but can't get past the setup screen. It says to enter a password with 8 to 32 characters with at least 1 special character. Well..I have been trying to do that a no matter what password I put in, that does indeed meet that criteria, it says it doesn't. Fix your app! Update...it doesn't like the special character "?"... wow. Still 1 star for that.

Hi Shane - we're sorry you had trouble with account creation, but we appreciate your candid feedback. It seems like you found a bug with the question mark character causing an unintended issue, so thank you for helping to narrow that down and reporting this to us. We will get that fixed for the next app update.

The UI of this app is the worst. The onboarding process is more painful than a root canal. Verifying your account leads you on a loop that never ends. The button next to the input box is not for submitting the answer but yet to to ask for another code (There is no confirmation for that resend the code button press by the way). The login button is hidden under the keyboard. The dental industry has plenty of money to invest on a better user experience, starting from redoing this app.
