Could def use some better testing/testers. I was having similar log in and crashing issues with login that I've read in reviews. After probably 10 min of digging it looks like the pin and no metrics features break and crash your app. Android wise, If anyone is having issues, clear the cache and storage on the app, log.backmin with UN and PW, do not use the pin or biometrics and you "should" be able to log in without the crash. buuut I'm also not a dev for this app so your mileage may vary~ 🦊

Brutal..I have been trying to create an account but can't get past the setup screen. It says to enter a password with 8 to 32 characters with at least 1 special character. Well..I have been trying to do that a no matter what password I put in, that does indeed meet that criteria, it says it doesn't. Fix your app! Update...it doesn't like the special character "?"... wow. Still 1 star for that.

The UI of this app is the worst. The onboarding process is more painful than a root canal. Verifying your account leads you on a loop that never ends. The button next to the input box is not for submitting the answer but yet to to ask for another code (There is no confirmation for that resend the code button press by the way). The login button is hidden under the keyboard. The dental industry has plenty of money to invest on a better user experience, starting from redoing this app.
