Ratings and reviews

The prices on this food delivery app are cheaper than Glovo, which is a good point. However, the app is not safe or transparent. I placed an order and canceled it within five minutes, before it was prepared, but I was not informed that I would still be charged. Later, when I tried to order again, the app asked me to pay for the canceled order. This is unacceptable and feels like an arnaque. Customers should be clearly informed. I do not recommend this app and would rather pay more and feel safe.

The app is truly organized and simple. but when i ordered something you put me on that page where i can check and keep track on my order but then when i look for it again thers no specific button for it? i expected to find it in the orders or home box, id like to be able to have a click where i can track my orders despite notifications.

Worse app ever. The app is extremely slow and keeps crashing, and I have a good phone, so there's no excuse. I waited for almost two hours, and then the support finally called me just to say there was a problem and that I had to redo the order. By then it was already too late. I do not recommend.
