I was going to order on the Glovo app, but with the outrageous fees, i decided to try out this new super app called Done. I placed a family order worth 200 MAD, from a place that's known to be fast at food preparation. The estimated time was 30 min. After 90 min, I saw that the courier was changed twice, I tried to cancel my order but no answer from customer support. It was a very unfortunate experience, but I still give two stars for the reasonable fees.

Worst service ever. They called to confirm the order, and then they hung up in me while I was trying to explain a problem with choosing the location on the app. First time and last time.

The prices on this food delivery app are cheaper than Glovo, which is a good point. However, the app is not safe or transparent. I placed an order and canceled it within five minutes, before it was prepared, but I was not informed that I would still be charged. Later, when I tried to order again, the app asked me to pay for the canceled order. This is unacceptable and feels like an arnaque. Customers should be clearly informed. I do not recommend this app and would rather pay more and feel safe.
