Pullzip checks an archive for danger before you open it.

CHECKED BEFORE OPENING
It looks inside ZIP, 7z, RAR, TAR and other archives for programs dressed up as documents, paths that try to write outside the folder, compression bombs and tricks in file names. If something is wrong, it tells you what and why in plain words. Dangerous items are never put into the result.

PRIVATE, ON YOUR PHONE
Your archives, file names and passwords are handled on your device only and are never uploaded. No account is needed.

SIMPLE
Two big tabs: Extract and Compress. You can set an optional password when you compress.

FIXES GARBLED FILE NAMES
Old ZIP files with scrambled Korean, Japanese or Chinese file names are repaired automatically.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Pick a folder and the files that pass the check are extracted straight into it. Nothing already there is overwritten.
• Password-protected ZIP, 7z and RAR files open too (even ones with encrypted file names).
• Open archives straight from your file manager, chat or mail ("Open with" / "Share"), extract only the files you pick, and create 7z with AES-256.
• Big files and batch jobs are better on the Windows app.
