this app is so good and great but sometimes the screenshot button doesn't screenshot. its like screenshot it without screenshot it but just fix that noting else

How to to open the document on the screen I want to take screenshot of. Kindly guide me. Positive review I will give after using this app.

First, open the app, on-screen main enable option capture you like:
1 / Overlay icon: taken by floating icon
2 / Shake: Shake phone to capture
Next, "Start"
Then you go back to the phone home screen and open your document which you want to take a screenshot of
Finally, click on the app overlay icon or shake the device to capture the screen
