Use your mobile as a car dashcam to conduct Road Survey for conducting Road Safety Audit, Road Inventory Survey, Monthly reports using road chainages on the images with Northing Easting co-ordinates, timestamp and also user defined titles on the photos.

This is a lighter version to save images as per user or at every user defined time interval.

Initial settings is mandatory to get the required information on screen and to save the same during survey. Request to spend 1 or 2 minutes before starting the survey for proper updation of the settings.

The accuracy of the chainage depends on many external factors like availability of GPS signal, internet, etc. It can be hindered by survey vehicle speed (maintain on an average 60 Kmph), trees, clouds etc. Also charge the phone before start of survey.

Mandatory steps to follow:
1. Switch ON - Internet and GPS on mobile.
2. In the app, go to settings and click on "Select Project" (If the co-ordinates and chainage are provided to us). If not move on to next step.
3. Next change "Survey Title".
4. If project not available in Step 2, enter the start chainage (User should be at that location).
5. Select the survey direction appropriately.
6. Now go back to main screen and select start survey.
7. Continue with survey, if the co-ordinates and chainage are displayed on the screen. Else no issue, its taking time to get the satellite co-ordinates. Press "Stop Survey" and click "Start Survey" again to get the required information displayed on screen.
8. Tap anywhere on the screen to capture image.
9. For continuous image capture only use the "RED" record button to store images at user defined interval (Default = 1 second).
10. Images will be stored in "Pictures" folder with "roadsurvey_datetime" stamp as file name.
11. If you have stopped at a particular location during the survey, use "Pause Survey" to pause the survey and press "Resume Survey" to continue again. (As the GPS co-ordinates will be collected for a particular location and there will be addition of those distances).
