About this app

EzMove Driver is an application exclusively for partner drivers of the EzMove intercity ride-hailing platform. This is not a ride-hailing application for passengers. If you are a passenger wishing to book a ride, please download the "EzMove" app. This application is only for drivers who have partnered with EzMove to receive and complete intercity rides dispatched by the system.

MAIN FEATURES

• Automatic Order Dispatch

The EzMove system automatically assigns suitable rides (Private Ride or Shared Ride) to drivers. You receive notifications immediately when a new order needs processing.

• Confirm or Reject Rides

For each dispatched order, you can confirm or reject the ride within the specified timeframe. If you do not respond promptly, the order will automatically be transferred to another driver to avoid delaying the passenger's trip.

• View full trip information
The route, departure date and time, pickup location, and customer contact information are clearly displayed, allowing you to proactively plan your trip.

• Manage delivery history
Trackize all accepted, completed, or canceled trips. The history helps you understand your activities and work results.

• Log in with your phone number
Log in quickly and securely using the phone number registered with EzMove.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This application is only for approved EzMove partner drivers. Driver accounts are issued and approved by EzMove; regular users cannot register to receive trips on this application. This is a separate application from the "EzMove" application (for customers), serving a completely different business function.

PRIVACY & DATA

• We collect drivers' full names, email addresses, and phone numbers to manage accounts and operate the service.

• The application also automatically records certain technical information (device type, operating system, IP address, application usage activity) for operation, security, and service improvement analysis.

• To complete a trip, the customer's name, phone number, and pickup/drop-off location are shared with the assigned driver; necessary driver contact information is also provided to the customer. We may share data with technical partners (cloud storage, payment gateways, email services) to operate the platform.

• Data is encrypted when transmitted over a secure connection (TLS/HTTPS). We do not sell user data.

• The application does not require access to the device's location, camera, or photo library and does not display advertisements.
