About this app

CTS Driver is a driver application intended for use by authorized taxi drivers who are part of a connected dispatch system. The application is not a standalone service and requires valid credentials provided by a participating taxi company or dispatch operator.

The app is designed to support communication and coordination between drivers and dispatch centers, as well as to provide access to ride-related information and driver activity data.

CTS Driver is optimized for Android tablets and is intended for landscape orientation use.

Functionality

Depending on the configuration provided by the dispatch system, the application may allow drivers to:

• Receive and view ride requests from dispatch
• Access ride details including pickup and drop-off locations
• Manage assigned, active, scheduled, and completed rides
• Navigate to destinations using external or integrated navigation services
• Communicate with dispatch when messaging is enabled
• View trip history and operational records
• View earnings or activity summaries if enabled by the system
• Update driver availability status (online, offline, busy)

System Dependency

CTS Driver operates as part of a backend dispatch platform. All ride assignments, updates, and communication features depend on the connected dispatch system operated by a taxi company or fleet administrator.

The application does not provide transportation services independently and cannot be used without an authorized account.

Intended Use

The application is intended for professional use within taxi fleets, transport companies, and dispatch-based operations where centralized ride management is required.
