Good app when it's not crashing. Crashes EVERY time I go to maps, text, use the phone, incoming and outgoing calls. I have to restart the app in order to see any new orders, making it a total pain in the @ss to use. I've contacted the developers to release a new update, since the latest update was 10/2018, but have still not seen any progress. It worked fine with my last Android phone, but not with the new Android version 10...hundreds of crashes per day! Waybill, PLEASE fix this issue!

Few things could be improved: ◇As a courier, it would be nice to have an "Edit order button" on the phone to change the dispatcher, add notes or special instructions... ◇If I have to switch to the dispatcher profile, you should be able to log off when you exit the App, instead of having to clear data every time you need. ◇It doesn't show the date. ◇As a dispatcher, there is notifications issue.

this app is trash. thank goodness I only needed it for work and my employer has switched to a new app. the only good thing about this app is that it is simple to use. what good is any app if it crashes constantly. I'll be needing to get a customers signature and the app is frozen on the previous screen. so you shut down the app and reload. only to have it crash on the reload. every stop i could be there and gone in a few seconds but I end up needing several extra minutes to account for crashes..
