** IMPORTANT **
This app uses Accessibility services. Our app offers the use of BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE which can monitor your key presses (KeyEvent) and can open the recent app menu (performGlobalAction) if you enable the service.

Enabling the accessibility service gives us the ability to detect button presses so that you can configure an easier/quicker way to open Sideload Channel Launcher 4 (SLC4). Choosing your own button means that you can pick a more suitable/accessible button to launch SLC4 which may help accommodate you or another persons needs. SLC4 does not collect, store or share any of your personal information and this option has only been implemented to assist users. In certain cases we may also use the performGlobalAction Accessibility Service to open the recent app menu.

SLC4 does not watch or collect any user actions or personal information.

Fantastic app! Downloaded to use on my Shield Pro, CCwGTV and Sony w/Android TV. Besides the no-ads display, I wanted a launcher that would start by default on my three devices. After experiencing some issues with two of my devices, I emailed the developer and received a response within an hour with suggestions. I wanted to avoid ADB but for my Shield Pro and CCwGTV, I did have to use ADB to disable the stock launchers - but it was easy (thanks YouTube!).

This app is amazing. I love the profile support and snappiness of everything. The customization is simple to learn and extensive. It seems to be best of the 3rd party ATV launchers. There are a few features I'd personally love to see implemented but they aren't deal breakers. A few are... +channel support (like projectivity launcher) +Ability to lock specific profiles behind a password (similar to what streaming apps do) +A password entry method that doesn't show the password as it's entered.

In a word "Great". I installed SL2 4 years ago. After it was set up, it always worked & I never needed to make changes. SL4 is just as good...only better. In addition, I contacted the developer with a couple of questions - got a reply within 2 hours. App & support is just superb. Thanks!
