Offer page says, Free trial only pay s&h of $9.99. But after you pay for the S&H, you then get charged for $80 for the service and phone, that you are supposed to be trying out for free. When you talk to customer service, and tell them you paid S&H for a free trial of the phone and its features that are being advertised for you to "try". You get told that you have to pay for the features first. How is that a free trial?

There is no "free trial". They charge you to ship a phone, then instead of sending a device they send you a subscription bill for $79.99. Definition of a scam. Spam. Whatever you want to call it.
