About this app

It’s Run driver app is a delivery service using smartphones.
We provide a service where an agent who receives an order through the app uses the order information and location to pick up the item from the store or request location and then moves to the destination location to deliver the item.

📱 Rider app service access permission information
The Rider app requires the following access permissions to provide services.

📷 [Required] Camera permission
Purpose of use: It is necessary to take pictures and upload them to the server when performing services such as taking pictures of completed delivery and sending electronic signature images.

🗂️ [Required] Storage (storage) permission
Purpose of use: Required to be able to select a photo from the gallery and upload the completed delivery photo and signature image to the server.
※ In Android 13 and higher, it is replaced with photo and video selection permission.

📞 [Required] Phone permission
Purpose of use: Required to call customers and merchants to inform them of delivery status or respond to inquiries.

📍 [Required] Location permission
use:
• Real-time location-based dispatch
• Track your delivery route
• Providing accurate location information to customers and merchants

Instructions for using background location:
It maintains delivery status even when the app is not running (in the background) and periodically collects location information for real-time route tracking and emergency response.
