GuibuFit Admin is the tool for GuibuFit-affiliated fitness centers. From here, your gym verifies who enters and manages its daily operations.

ENTRY VERIFICATION IN SECONDS
Your client purchases a membership in the GuibuFit app and receives a QR code. At reception, you scan it, and the app instantly tells you if the membership is active, expired, or canceled. Verification is always done against the server; it's never done on the phone. If the camera fails, you can enter the code by hand.

EVERY ENTRY IS RECORDED
Every valid entry is saved with the time and the name of the person who validated it. Scanning the same code twice does not count as double attendance.

TWO PROFILES, ONE ACCOUNT
Receptionist: a simple and fast screen focused on scanning.
Administrator: a dashboard with indicators, clients, sales, settlements, invoices, plans, promotions, and reports.

YOUR BUSINESS, CLEAR AND CLEAR
Clients with their membership status and visit history.
Monthly sales with a breakdown of GuibuFit's commission.
Monthly settlements: gross, commission, refunds, and amount to be transferred.
Invoices issued and their payment status.
Weekly attendance reports, sales by plan, and occupancy by time slot.

MULTI-CENTER
If you manage more than one location, switch between centers without logging out.

ACCOUNT REQUIRED
GuibuFit Admin is exclusively for staff of GuibuFit-affiliated fitness centers. Accounts are created by GuibuFit; there is no registration through the app. If your center wants to become affiliated, please contact us.
