All the complaints here are true, I use one time and got cable locked, unable to stop charge, I need to get hotline help. u need to pre pay of their estimate and the actual is much lower, i.e. u will never use it up your money forever.......🫣

As if the user interface wasn't bad enough, their user support is even worse. Instead of solving the problem, you get referred to some unknown 3rd party with which you have no contractual connection. And forcing a user to update the app or you can't use it anymore, is a total no-go. Luckily there are plenty of other options available now, so I hardly ever need this.

If you like to gamble, use E-charge with no second thoughts. You either get your charge cable stuck on the wall or unable to stop your car from charging. You will require to turn on Bluetooth to unlock the charging cable, but it only works about 20% of the time. Besides that , it has loads of system bugs. Tons of useless info. Slow and unresponsive. Every review is either 1 or 2 stars. How does it get an average rating of 4.2?
