Totally broken on a 3 year old phone. absolutely will not log in on an Android 12 phone, errors out with "connectivity error" each time. Even when it worked, it almost never works, absolutely needed a solid cell signal and pitches a fit if it doesn't have one. Even if it does, half the time it won't refresh the call list. Basically zero offline ability even though cell service is often not available in places technicians GO. Horrid app, forced to use it and it does not even work anymore.

syncing is inconsistent. sometimes 4 calls completed but still showing dispatch to first call. parts used sometimes not being removed from stock OR not showing parts that are in stock. very slow to connect at times. Today 6/24 all 5 calls that I ran were in unsynced data at 5pm. my warehouse shows 3 drum units on hand that I don't have in my stock. This is a daily occurrence this is a bad app. excellent corporate decision on our part.

This app Does not work Well at all! keeps on getting sync errors days After the calls have been completed. lt also has issues with map. there are so many things that make it so much more time consuming to complete a call than our previous app Remote Tech. couple of weeks ago the app told me I needed to update it and once I updated, it told me there was an error because our server had not been updated. i could not do anything until the server was updated. if I could give 0 stars, i would.
