I use this app daily for work. I don’t believe all the bad reviews are warranted. Some, definitely. My problem is with the last update or two. Most recently they changed the app to where you have your section where you leave call notes/remarks and limited it to 255 characters. That is not nearly enough. Second, now it seems like the only way to use it is to have location services set to always on. My boss can know where I am while I’m on the clock. But when I’m not, I don’t want them to know.

Zero offline capability (not every place has cell/wifi service), constant lock ups and freezes, endless out of sync errors that never resolve, randomly will completely drain your battery in a few hours "just for fun" typically in the evening (I suspect something is getting stuck in a loop trying to talk to a server, but someone didn't know enough about timeouts to not have it run away...) This is easily is one of the worst apps I've ever had the misfortune to be required to use.

Confusing for the field techs. When the techs view open calls, the only truly useful information is the location name. If they are servicing multiple machines at a single property, there is nothing that tells them what machine is on the ticket without first opening it. Location remarks should be in that initial snapshot. We've also experienced the app freezing up and the techs have to reboot their phones to regain access.
