absolutely awful. we used to use Remote Tech, can't imagine who thought it was a good idea to change to this garbage. layout is terrible, can't sort calls in a reasonable way, the mobile keyboard will overlap the text field you're typing in and block what you're writing, stuff refuses to sync constantly, the system back end "doesn't like it" when one call has the same dispatch time as the last calls departing time, or the same meter read as the last one.

Man if I could give this app zero stars I would. Calls don't sync properly, it loses connection to home all the time which causes the app to delete call records, the UI layout is awful, and it doesn't accurately sync inventory which damages my counts and productivity. As a company we kept up RemoteTech which is considered legacy but it's the only thing I can use for reliability sake. I've submitted a couple of feature and bug requests and have never gotten a response.

Totally broken on a 3 year old phone. absolutely will not log in on an Android 12 phone, errors out with "connectivity error" each time. Even when it worked, it almost never works, absolutely needed a solid cell signal and pitches a fit if it doesn't have one. Even if it does, half the time it won't refresh the call list. Basically zero offline ability even though cell service is often not available in places technicians GO. Horrid app, forced to use it and it does not even work anymore.
