This app is absolute garbage. Every 3 weeks or so it just gives up trying to load your information and you have to completely reinstall it and sign in to view it again. Load times are slow too if that wasn't bad enough. I just went to reinstall it again and now it just crashes immediately. I'm going to keep updating this review every time I need to reinstall the app. Reinstall count - 23

This app often crashes and will not work unless you delete it and reinstall it and then log back in each time. This method worked for a while, but at one point it stopped working all together. Even deleting and downloading and trying to sign in again would not work. Eventually I could not even open the app. This was very frustrating because the security guards require you to show the ID from the app to get on campus. I have been warned I will get in trouble because I showed a screenshot of my ID

Throughout all my 4 years at GCU, this app has NEVER worked properly for more than a few days. Common issues include: not displaying student ID, randomly signing me out, crashing when I try to sign in, sending me back to the login page after signing in, not showing cameras, and not showing my balance. These issues can only be fixed by completely reinstalling the app. Don't bother using this app for your student ID. It's so unreliable that I only ever use my physical student ID.
