Ratings and reviews

A lot of useless stuff on the home screen. The App has been out for a while and it can't do the most basic things. It wouldn't allow me to sign in/out in a straightforward and clean way. It always stuck in a limbo state that I partially logged in: the app shows my UID but won't allow me to use any features. It is a completely waste of the tuition money.

Android user. The app goes on a permanent loop between the get started screen and the net ID login page for me and it seems several others. This issue also occurs with the "safer Illinois" app, so I assume it is a similar system issue. Please fix the issue as this app and the other are pretty necessary and useful apps at UIUC.

Safer Illinois worked better for building access. I have to log in each time I use this app for building access. It also immediately resets, so if I log in, close the app, and open it again seconds later, I start the whole process over again. I have tried the recommended uninstall and reinstall a couple of times now, and it is the same.
