A lot of useless stuff on the home screen. The App has been out for a while and it can't do the most basic things. It wouldn't allow me to sign in/out in a straightforward and clean way. It always stuck in a limbo state that I partially logged in: the app shows my UID but won't allow me to use any features. It is a completely waste of the tuition money.

Android user. The app goes on a permanent loop between the get started screen and the net ID login page for me and it seems several others. This issue also occurs with the "safer Illinois" app, so I assume it is a similar system issue. Please fix the issue as this app and the other are pretty necessary and useful apps at UIUC.

Completely broken. One day the app stopped being able to load. I've reinstalled it and made sure my phone (only a couple years old) is up to date, to no avail. Though even when it was working, the information the app gave was consistently incorrect or outdated.
