It's a pity that the app doesn't support English. So many people I know wants to use it but are unable to do so because of this one basic little thing that every app should have.

Thank you for your feedback. Our app interface is currently available only in Chinese, and we understand this may be inconvenient. As an alternative, our web version supports built-in Google Translate, so you can view all content in English. We appreciate your comment.

Good app for tickets, however it's not in English. I recommend buying the tickets on the website first then use the app for the mobile ticket.

Currently, our app does not support multiple languages, but our website includes a Google Translate feature and offers the same functions—including ticket purchasing and mobile ticket usage.
