Foods were divided into three classes: green forages, preserved forages, and products and by-products of agro-industry. For each food, the average value and standard deviation of the following parameters are reported: dry matter, ash, ethereal extract, crude protein, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, acid detergent lignin, calcium, of some macro minerals (calcium, magnesium , sodium, potassium and phosphorus) and metabolic energy. The information was generated in the Animal Production laboratory of the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA), Rafaela Experimental Station, with the collaboration of the EEA Manfredi laboratories.
