Two stars. One, Snabb doesn't accept Visa and MasterCard from USA or Canada; and no other methods of payment is available. A couple parking areas take cash. Two, must have smart-ID, the app requires authentication. And three, Snabb doesn't provide a heads up and omits to inform customers with foreign cards as mentioned. The dispute resolution is average and the company treats the parking paradigm as a giant cookie cutter--one fits them all.

If something goes wrong, it will go wrong completely. I was parking with it practically every business day. But when mistakenly forgot to do it, will send fine. If you make mistake in fine payment, they will return money without a notice and will send it to collectors. Thank you, Barking! You were not happy that I'm paying you every day for more than a year? I won't anymore. Can't respod, so I'll edit it. Problem was not in your system, but support not willing to cooperate and blaming customer.

Hi Aleksander, we are very sorry that you had such a negative experience. This was a coincidence of unfortunate events which can't happen again as we have upgraded our fine management systems!

The worst ever marking of parking areas. Customer service is only via email, so i suggest not to even think about getting some info over the phone. I wouldn't even reccomend it to an enemy.
