⭐ 1 star. Very frustrating experience with SNABB at S7 Riga. The ANPR camera recognised my car and the barrier opened, but the app rejected my US Visa card. I contacted support and later arranged another payment method. Despite trying to resolve the issue, I received a €35 penalty. SNABB then called €35 a “reduced” amount, although it was already the original penalty. Poor communication and customer service.

Received a 45 euro fine while charging EV. The app will let you start charging, but doesn't say anything that you also got to pay for parking. Apparently you need to think backwards - first pay for parking and then find a small button to continue with charging - going against the app UI, which just lets you start charging right away. Well, that's a proper trap and literally a scam. Like, do we also need to pay for parking at a car wash?

App itself works fine. The only issue is that if you are paying for a carwash, you have to use all money at once. The first time I used the app I topped up bigger sum (to have it on my balance and use it whenever I needed it). It was an unpleasant surprise to find out that I can't do that. Once started washing, alll money has to be used at once. It should be clearly described at the stage of payment.
