Be ready when your passengers arrive.

ArriveBoard turns your phone or tablet into a clear airport pickup sign and keeps the rest of your meet-and-greet work close at hand. Show a passenger's name, reuse your company branding, prepare your next pickups and mark group guests as arrived.

A SIGN YOU CAN READ
Type or paste a name and show it full screen. Text adjusts to the available space, with manual line breaks, portrait and landscape layouts, and a simple black-and-white switch. Signs stay still without flashing or automatic scrolling. While your sign is displayed, the app keeps the screen awake. You can turn its window-brightness boost on or off.

YOUR BRAND, READY AGAIN
Add your company or hotel name, logo, flight number, meeting point and a short extra line. Save layouts as reusable templates and choose from preset color styles. Your current draft and saved branding are kept on the device when you close the app.

YOUR NEXT PICKUPS, PREPARED
Keep a pickup queue with times, passenger names and flight details. Import a pickup list from a CSV file you choose. Deliberate controls let you move to the next passenger. Hold mode guards against accidental sign changes while you are waiting.

GROUP ARRIVALS AT A GLANCE
Paste a guest roster with one name per line. Mark guests as arrived, see the counts and filter the list to focus on who is still expected. Group check-in works on the device without an internet connection.

PRIVATE, OFFLINE TOOLS
No account is needed. The installed app has no internet permission, advertising SDK or analytics SDK. Drafts, logos, templates, pickup details and group rosters are stored locally. You can choose to share a sign as an image; the receiving app then controls that copy.

Recent-sign history is optional. Turning history off does not remove your current draft, saved templates, pickups or groups. Optional 24-hour cleanup applies only to recent-sign history and runs when the app opens or returns to the foreground. Clear all passenger data removes the app's local passenger and branding content.

One purchase includes every feature. No ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

For airport transfers, chauffeurs, hotel welcomes, tour groups and station pickups. Flight details are entered manually; ArriveBoard does not track live flights.
