About this app

With the Anna Teada application, you can inform the local government or the state agency about a public order problem, for example a pile of garbage under the forest, a road that does not meet the requirements, an open well, a street light lamp that is not lit, an improperly parked car, a dead animal/bird, etc.

It is a tip transfer solution. If you notice a situation where a person's life and health are threatened, call 112.

The application forwards your message, according to the specified coordinates and type of problem, to the local government or state agency (Transport Board, Agriculture and Food Board).

Mark the location of the problem on the map and add a brief explanation. It would be great if you could take a photo of the problem area and add it to the report. Be sure to enter your contact details (your name, e-mail address and phone), then it will be possible to ask you for clarifications or give feedback if necessary. If you have entered your e-mail address in the contact data line, a copy of the notification will be sent to your e-mail address. If the authority has taken note of the message sent by you, a message will be sent to you.

A problem marked in green on the map means that the authority has taken note of the problem, is working on solving it or has solved the problem. An issue marked in red means that the issue is currently unaddressed. If the problem is red for a week, the information system sends a repeat notification to the authority.

To make it easier for the authority to process the report you submitted, we ask that all submitted reports be constructive and relevant, and that the provided contact information be correct and truthful.
