I have found hundreds of dupes that other apps haven't been able to find. It also has a good selection of types of searching methods. I used the standard, and it worked pretty well. One thing I wish it had was the date of the photos so that I can differentiate old and new. It would help to figure out which might be separate and which might be part of a set. Edit: I would also like to be to zoom in without it sliding back to the other photo, but that's more of a niche and unimportant gripe.

Some folders don't show, even ones on the same level as folders that DO show. Full screen ads have Play Store links you HAVE to open before you can go past the ad. It finds similar photos but lists them with random identifier #'s rather than file name & doesn't show date, so I can't decide which to keep (this makes it useless in many cases). Even when using the 'most similar' setting some duplicates have quite large differences.

[Added] thx for the tip it's ok and there are some glaring misses even after fiddling w/ the sensitivity level, but i've used many similar programs dating all the way before android so i know there are no perfect duplicate image app. i do feel however this app can be improved by (1) show files in their original date as in android, not 1/1/70 08:00 for every file, (2) keep a 'exclude' database so false positives could skip scanning in the future
