SOBO OPERATIONS

About this app

SOBO brings all home services into one app. Describe the job, get quotes and choose a contractor — or order directly from a handyman who is already right for you.

WHAT YOU CAN ORDER
Over a hundred services in thirteen areas: construction and repair, finishing, plumbing and electricity, cleaning and home help, garden and landscaping, furniture and carpentry, transport and moving, electronics and vehicle repair, beauty and health, design, photography and video and professional services.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Describe the job or choose a category. Add a picture if it helps.
2. Get quotes from verified contractors. See ratings and completed work.
3. Choose a contractor, make an appointment and pay in the app.

S.O.S — EMERGENCY HOME
Is the pipe leaking, the electricity out or the door locked? S.O.S sends a call to the on-call technicians and the first to respond will arrive. The challenge fee is known in advance and the master will prepare a budget on the spot.

WHY SOBO
• Verified craftsmen — identification is done via Stripe
• Professional certificates verified from the Estonian Chamber of Commerce register
• Evaluations in both directions: the client evaluates the craftsman, the craftsman the client
• Chat in the app — no phone game
• Payments in the app, receipt and invoice are generated automatically
• You can see on the map when the craftsman is on his way

FOR THE WORKER
Are you a craftsman, cleaner, mover or beauty salon? Create an account and accept orders. Jobs come according to your area and services, the money goes to your own
Stripe account. There is no monthly fee.

There is a separate profile for the company: fixed prices, your own team and a bookable
calendar. Register on sobo.ee.

REGION
Currently Tallinn and the surrounding area. We will expand where there are craftsmen.
