Tageris is an industrial equipment maintenance management platform that combines QR code scanning, work requests, and maintenance schedules into one app.

HOW IT WORKS
• Scan the QR code on a machine and receive a maintenance request directly from your phone — in seconds, without paper.
• Manage all work requests and internal work orders in real time: new → in progress → completed → closed.
• Assign work to employees, add photos, hours worked, and materials used.
• Plan preventive maintenance with a maintenance schedule and receive timely reminders.
• Stay informed with push notifications — new requests, comments, and deadlines.

ROLE-BASED VIEWS
• Admin — full overview, customers, employees, reports, and billing.
• Employee — their jobs, schedule, and maintenance history of machines.
• Customer — scan, send a request, and track its status.

WORKS HAND-IN-HAND WITH THE WEB
The Tageris mobile application works with the web-based desktop (app.tageris.ee), so you always see the same information in the office and on site.

Tageris is a subscription-based service. A company account is required to use the application.
