This service allows elevator staff to communicate seamlessly with staff who need to be called during patient transport.
※ Elevator Call Management
Call information, including patient transport information, is displayed.
Elevator staff can view the call information and move to the caller on the corresponding floor to assist patients in boarding the elevator.
※ Recent Boarding History
View boarding history from the last 15 minutes.
Incorrectly completed calls can be canceled and relisted.
※ Work Start/End
Elevator staff notify the system of the start and end of their work.
At the start of their work, transport staff and staff can make calls for patient transport.
※ Change Location to Main Building/Annex Building
Staff can select the building (Main Building or Annex Building) from which they will board the elevator.
