HOW TO FIND OUR CHARGING STATION
In the Electrolife.kz app, you can view the map, select the nearest station and plan a route to it. Make sure that the selected station has the type of charging connector you need.

HOW TO CONNECT TO A CHARGING STATION?
Select the desired port, start a charging session and connect the charging cable to the electric vehicle. You can also first connect the cable and then start a charging session.

HOW TO PAY FOR A CHARGING SESSION?
First, link your bank card in the application. When you add a card, 1 tenge will be debited from it, which will be reflected in the balance. Payment for charging occurs at the end of the session: first it is debited from the balance, and the remaining amount is debited from the linked card. If the balance is negative, charging is not possible. Top up the balance so that the charging service becomes available again. Tariffs are indicated when choosing a charging station in the application.
