As someone with an astigmatism, I find the new app's readability and visibility to be incredibly poor. The app drives me away from using it, simply just because there isn't enough color contrast. Changing to dark mode helped, but still isn't great. 33% of people in the US have an astigmatism, not to mention that most humans have vision loss as we age. More simple designs and high color contrast as an app feature would improve readability for many folks, including yourself as you age.

With the old app I could rename and place my accounts in any order I wanted. Organizing where my money goes each paycheck used to be so easy and the 'transfer funds' button was always one click away for a quick and simple transfer. With the new app it gives all the ways to transfer funds all in one spot making it not as simple or quick. renaming my accounts doesn't work; I can't find a way to move my accounts to where I want them to be other than the "sort" button. The dark mode is cool tho?

When looking at account withdrawals and deposits, there is way too much information to scroll through. 26 lines per transaction! (type of bill, ID# , Trace #, payee id# Data, my name, post date is redundant because date appears at top, why is payee listed twice, why is type of transaction listed twice w/d) All this and more for each transaction requires Way too much scrolling. Prior app was cleaner, sleeker, less cluttered. And i do not need to see my credit score every time I log in.
