edit: a year later and the app crashes even more, I can't sign in consistently, I'm rarely able to move money around without the app freezing or crashing, the fingerprint and face I.D refuses to work, +alot more I really wish they would've just stayed with the original app. everything's to cluttered and way to confusing to try to even attempt to learn or read. I'm hoping they make the switch back to the previous app and soon because it wasn't broken and worked 1000 times better than this one.

It's better now. There are still some issues, like a check I had deposited was changed because the numbers didn't match what was written out. The problem was ELGA listed this as an added deposit, but looking at the running tally I could see it was actually a deduction. Thankfully I noticed and called.

Old app had absolutely nothing wrong with it, and I never had any issues. This is not an exaggeration, but I can literally not even log into the new app, let alone pay a payment or move money around at least once a week. Usually more. If i was in charge i'd be looking to sue whoever designed and was in charge of the new app and website because it's forcing people like me to go to a new credit union. At least dort federal, sovita or security CU apps actually work and you can access your money.
