Actually I dont even want to give this one star, services just keep getting worse, I used to use this app for billing payment cause it was easier and the service fee was acceptable, now they removed the option for payments from the app and applied higher fees for the payments and the excuse is that they will need to send someone to pay it. I don't recommend use it if you think they are fast and professional well they aren't.

Edit: they give cute gifts and you can pay your bills on the app which is convenient. Very bad, the elf does not even respond so you can't do anything.. I paid for a we recharge and they only deducted but I received nothing and no customer support

Amazing idea, great app. Very responsive and constantly following up. Accommodating impossible request. Great experience! Use it all the time.
