First dating app for me. I like the approach; my biggest issue is that despite the FAQ, it is difficult to navigate and understand. You are constantly confused about what will happen when you press something. Unaware of your options. There is a difference in browser and mobile version. No explanation of the "For you" matching tab. The "blog articles" give off a weird auto-generated vibe. Please work on the UX.

The worst customer service I've ever had from a company. Because of a glitch in the system, I cannot cancel my subscription through the Payments and subscriptions section of my Google Play profile. I've asked Boo to cancel my subscription for me as I don't want for it to be renewed automatically (my experience with Boo as a subscriber has been underwhelming), and the customer service gets back to me first saying 1. yes we'll do it 'on our end' 2. no we can't do it. Go to Google play.

I really like it, well done with intricate people with profiles, some really cool features, even granular keyword searching which usually is missing in most. Really transparent like back and forth system and unrestricted messaging. Doesn't have any of the usual traps that make this kind of app bad 😊 Wish it could have "relationship style" to support polyamory, but extensive keyword system more or less does the job.
