I recently tried to register on the bank asia mobile app, but I encountered an issue where I couldn't proceed after uploading a photo. The 'Next' button remained unresponsive, and even though I tried clicking it multiple times, nothing happened. I had to go back to resolve the issue, which was frustrating. It would be great if this bug could be fixed to improve the registration process. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Been using for last 2 years. No significant improvement so far. Most of the time, i can't even log in and get locked out of my own account & app, saying wrong user id or pass. I use exact same user ID and Pass on web browser, works just fine. Even local bank has better maintained app. Unacceptable for such an international Bank.

This is sad! I don't know what is the issue here. I am using the app for sometimes now. It has it's lackings but it was decent. Today i have just updated the app with their latest version 2.0. From then, i don't know what happened, i can not log into my account any more. It always show this message "server time out. Please check your internet connection"
