I use it a lot and in my opinion- it gets the job done. It has all the banking/bills pay related functionalities that you would expect from a banking app. Now, the bad part is its 90s user interface (please hire an UI designer) -The icons are different in size & in different resolution and way too backdated. The statement list dosent fit in screen properly, No benefitiary management process for eft transfer (badly need this), and missing fingerprint login.

The banking app I've encountered is among the worst I've used. I'm unable to generate my credit card bill statement, and the UI/UX falls far short of expectations. It feels like a relic from 2010, and if Bank Asia hopes to thrive in today's era, they must upgrade their technology.

When smart app come 2.0 version. It's user interface is so good than older version. Minimal design but this version fuctionality is use less. When i try to login my account. It's loading. And give error. Show a message my internet connection is not okey. But connection is working others app. It's can not connect server properly. That's why i think it's always loading. Developer please fix this problem as soon as possible.
