The banking app I've encountered is among the worst I've used. I'm unable to generate my credit card bill statement, and the UI/UX falls far short of expectations. It feels like a relic from 2010, and if Bank Asia hopes to thrive in today's era, they must upgrade their technology.

Ux interface too much annoying as well as username save option still doesn't work out. Finally got fingerprint use option but after update app I need to setup fingerprint again . As well as forget password option not work. After install, app name just smart app. It should be bank Asia smart app. Any I didn't find any smartness in this app

Probably the worst banking app. Can't even generate user ID. Every time there's a new error- Invalid NID, Photo not matched, User id can not generated' I mean, at least get your grammar right dude! There's a 'be' before 'generated'
