About this app

Cuida Avilés is a collaborative platform that allows citizens to report, view and discuss local problems, sending them to the corresponding managers simply by locating them on a map. In this way, the project seeks to actively involve neighbors in caring for their neighborhoods, collaborating with municipal management.
Cuida Avilés is mainly used to report things that are in poor condition, dirty or working illegally or improperly, and that need to be fixed or inspected.
Cuida Avilés is a mechanism to contact the City Council, but not for all kinds of problems. You must contact the competent authority directly to report problems such as:
Robberies, thefts, assaults or any type of crime, Noise or environmental pollution, Antisocial behavior, People in a suspicious attitude, Emergency situations, Animal abuse, Gas leaks, Fires, Proposals for mobility issues, Municipal permits.
After entering a street or place, a map of Avilés appears. You can see the problems that have already been reported in the area, or make your own incidents simply by clicking on the map at the location of the problem and creating your account so that we can send you the email in which your incident will be confirmed.
Incidents are sent to those responsible for the City Council by email to be channeled to the corresponding Department. The City Council can then solve the problem in the way it normally does and within the corresponding deadlines. Failing that, you can use the site to discuss the problem with other people and then together go to the Town Hall to find a solution.
Cuida Avilés is not responsible for the content or accuracy of the information provided or shared by its users. The right is reserved to edit or remove problems or incidents that are considered inappropriate.
